What's the name of the light transparent material that has tiny holes in it that's used for decorating?

People use it to decorate floral arrangements and drape across the ceilings and walls for weddings and parties. I can't remember the name of it. They sell it anywhere where materials for sewing is sold. Usually, it's seen in white or lighter colors, but it comes in almost every color imaginable.
