I have always wondered about a prepaid cellphone's phone number. Is activation required and a number assigned at that time? When activating do you choose a local area for the number? Do they ask for a name and address? If a foreign tourist buys one and travels all over the country is the phone number based on where they purchase it or do they have a choice? Are you talking about the long metal supports that run the length of the bed, and attach the foot board to the headboard on either side of the bed? If so, they're called metal side rails. I am having a problem with someone right now who has a police officer in the family. I have no record and did nothing illegal. But I have found out that she had him run my name. What is the reason for this? What information can be obtained?

1. Start when your cat is with you, in a contented mood, such as when curled up on your lap. Pet your cat in the way your cat most likes to be petted, and say his name a few times in a soft, friendly voice. Do this several times each day. After a while, you cat will associate the pleasure of being petted with his name.
2. Next, when stroking your cat, and saying his name, if he turns his head to look at you, give him a reward, such as a small cat treat or a scratch behind the hears. Praise your kitty.
3. Then, sometime when your cat is near you, not sleeping, say his name in the same tone of voice. When he looks at you, praise him. If he comes to you, give him a reward and praise. Practice this several times a day.
4. As your cat catches on, knowing that pleasurable things come when he hears his name, try saying it further away from him, eventually from another room. Reward your cat with a treat, stroking or a toy, and praise each time. (You’ll find what reward works best for your own cat.)
Tip: Never say your cat’s name in a forceful voice to stop him from doing something wrong–such as jumping up on the dining room table. Say “no!” instead (or use a spray from a water bottle) so he doesn’t associate his name with getting in trouble.

I try to give them plenty of attention and call them by name when I'm playing with them. One of the kittens "Shadow" responds to his name most of the time but he will also respond to "here pretty kitty". Our other kitty "Isis" doesn't care what you have to say, she won't respond unless she wants something.

My brother got into a little bit of trouble at school with several other kids. In the local city news paper the first time they posted to story they did not mention my brother and one other boy because they were under 18, but they named the other boys who were 18. The next day they posted the story again this time on the front page and with pictures and names of EVERY person involved including my brother and the other boy who are not 18. They included a little note at the bottom saying that normally they do not publish information of minors, but they made an exception for this case. Is there a law against this? My parents and very upset.

Any law that purported to prohibit such publication would be unconstitutional. First amendment guarantees a free press. The Supreme Court has specifically ruled that newspapers may publish names and pictures of juvenile suspects, provided that those names and pictures were obtained lawfully, e.g. through the newspaper's independent investigations or through public court records. It just so happens that newspapers normally do not publish names of minors due to their own internal policies.
Reply:Its completely legal. Newspapers usually self-refrain from publishing the names of minors, and of people like rape victims, but they have a right to as long as it is newsworthy and not defamatory. If they've printed the truth about your brother, then it's totally fine.

Reply:Its completely legal. Newspapers usually self-refrain from publishing the names of minors, and of people like rape victims, but they have a right to as long as it is newsworthy and not defamatory. If they've printed the truth about your brother, then it's totally fine.

I have always wondered about a prepaid cellphone's phone number. Is activation required and a number assigned at that time? When activating do you choose a local area for the number? Do they ask for a name and address? If a foreign tourist buys one and travels all over the country is the phone number based on where they purchase it or do they have a choice? Do all prepaid cellphone have free long distance and roaming? Anything else people should know about them? This is just for my knowledge so I can answer other people's questions.

It is open in the middle like someone must have scooped all of the soft part of the bread out. I guess you use it as a planter of they could be staked on top of each other to form a post.
