What is the name of the support group for loved ones of alcoholics?

There is a person in my life who i feel should be in AA and I need to know where I can go to find information to help and support them.

Reply:Al-Anon, Al-Ateen. You should be able to go to the national AA website and find contact info about groups in your area. If you want to see what AA is all about, most AA groups have meetings which family members are welcome to come along with the individual in recovery. It is a tough situation, good luck.
Reply:Look up your local AA chapter in the phone book and call them. They can provide you with everything you need.
Reply:A.A. has the best PR ever. there are A.A. groups 4 kids, spouses, friends, lovers, acquaintances,co-workers, pets of alcoholics, etc. alright, j.k. @ that last one, but I wish multiple sclerosis had half the PR they do. there'd prob'ly be a cure by now. go 2 alcoholics-anonymous.org and click how 2 find a meeting.
