They would not call anybody by names when talking to them, even reaching to point of not calling their parents "mom" or "dad". This has been a perpetual event that cannot be pinpointed to a particular incident.
What is psychologically wrong with a person who never uses names to address people?
Well, if you want to find something wrong with them, you can.
