I know it looks like a plam, and it is around 6-7 feet tall and grows in subtropics or tropics.
What is the name of the palm or cycad or plant that when it blooms smells like bell pepper?
It is called a cycas revotluta or a sago palm. I love this plant. Hope that helps.
