What is the name and location of the above ground bicycle structure?

I don't know a lick about Seattle and my information is based on an decade old memory. That said, there is a structure somewhere in Seattle that has a bicycle above ground on a circular track. There is a counterweight connected to the bike -- the rider can never fall off when riding it because of this. I would like to know the name of the structure and the area it is located.

What is the name and location of the above ground bicycle structure?
Not sure if it is still in operation, but the bicycle track is or was at the Pacific Science Center, a large structure at the southern end of Seattle Center. The bicycle track is (or was) over water in a decorative pool! I have never heard a specific name for it.

If you are staying downtown and want to see it, take the Monorail to Seattle Center. The Science Center is the white structure with the lacy arches over it about 100 yards from the Monorail station. Fairly good science museum, especially for children.
Reply:It's in the courtyard in front of the Pacific Science Center at Seattle Center. It's still there...we were just there last weekend.
