What is the name for someone who puts milk in tea before sugar?

In upper class England, there is a derogatory term for someone who puts the milk into their tea before they add the sugar.





I remember hearing it in a documentary about English high society but can't remember what the actual term is.

A "commoner" would fit the bill, but that is the way I do it.





I think the same applies to those who put the milk in the cup before pouring the tea.





The correct order for the 'toffs' would be tea, milk and then sugar.
